Modern place, it was fairly clean and had very very helpful and caring staff with excellent service.

The rooms are very clean, with a bathroom and a large window, and there's a lovely pool here, in a convenient location close to local shops that you can easily walk to.

The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. the location turned out to be good and lovely, really close to all the shops, bars, and many pubs and clubs.

This place is clean, has friendly staff, and offers excellent service; the location is wonderful, with Dundee airport just 30 km away; and the outdoor bar is a pleasant surprise.

Comfortable and spotless room for our 4 kids, we really had a great time! 😊

Sensational breakfasts and the food was brilliant.

the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. the hotel is located in a modern area close to the town center. 3. the central location is near shops, bars, and independent establishments. 4. Very convenient for guests visiting Guthrie Castle Golf Club. 

Accommodation was a nice size and fabulous with pleasant and really good staff with excellent service. The breakfast was sensational, the food was excellent.

Beds were too soft in this place.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. the staff is exceptionally attentive with excellent service. - the location is exceptionally nice, next to a nightclub and the town center.

The rooms here are nicely decorated and look brand new, plus they have tall windows letting in lots of light. Great spot too, close to shops you can easily walk to in a more modern part of town. 

We were provided with a beautifully decorated room, the staff were attentive, and the setting was absolutely perfect.

We liked this place. Central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a seating area inside the queen room were handy. Exceptionally nice and amicable employees with excellent service, everything was good. the location was lovely and incredible,
